About TRUKOLOR A-180 1Litre
Description:Trukolor is a ready to use color enhancing sealer that gives darkens and seals natural
and composite stones. It also provides excellent water and dirt repellency. It allows moisture vapor transmission and is UV resistant.
Packaging:Available in 1Ltr cans.
Method of Application:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from all layers.
- Always prepare a small test patch to determine efficacy & coverage. Natural stone is unique and variations in results are possible.
- Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture until full sure.
- Depending on the absorbancy 2 or more coats may be necessary. Apply each coat fully and evenly with a brush, roller, sprayer or a fluff free cloth.
- Remove surplus material with suitable cloth or fabric.
- The color enhancing effect begins after a few minutes and the product is fully cured after 24 hours.
- Sufficient ventilation (approx 2-3 days) is necessary when using the product in food areas.

Application : The surface to be resined should be thoroughly clean and dry. For this epoxy system the mixing ratio by weight is 2 parts of epoxy resin (part A) and 1 part of hardener (part B) (A:B=2:1). Mix part A and part B together thoroughly and apply to the stone for resining, netting or other correct application. The surface can be polished after 24 hours according to the ambient temperature (refer to technical data sheet). The product will not harden below 10C15C (5059F). Keep away from heat and sunlight.
